He can probably wrap his whole hand around Rupert’s upper arm, but all he does is squish the muscle with his thumb and two fingers.

This place does all kinds of weird shit. Killing them is a breach of contract. There are probably fail safes involved. Or, you know... maybe Virgo is just a spooky ghost.
