[He looks--slightly offended despite the fact he made a terrible joke. He glances between the two of them.]

[But he then keeps on walking ahead, except it's affectionate week, so he refuses to let go of Lup's hand. They are just going to get dragged along. This is like Cloud walking off, but they are still attached.]

[it's dark. but slowly, one by one - lights start to spread across the ceiling, little flickers of stars, galaxies appearing above them.]

[Okay, so, like, maybe he chills out a little when they go into the dark. He has grown so used to doing so much in the dark, he prefers it. The lights wink on in a wash across the ceiling above, and his eyes widen as he glances up.

He's a city boy. There's too much light pollution to really see many stars at all. Not a cluster like this, not with so much detail.

Hilariously, he doesn't say anything. Just stands there with his head tipped back a bit, mouth slightly open, looking all around the ceiling.]

[oh, she is absolutely delighted by this response, and it wells up in her bright and warm. it's clear on her face, reflected in the glow of the stars. she doesn't say anything either for just a bit, holding their hands tightly, letting them take in the way everything looks.]

Pretty, right? [she says softly to cloud, like. while looking at jason.]

[ in a baffled tone at first, and then he realizes why she's asking while looking at jason and turns to hide his face a little, embarrassed.

like, he doesn't take it back, though. ]

[They are unnaturally quiet suddenly, and he heard Lup talking but not what she said exactly, so he refocuses and glances at them, his expression like, "What...?"

But she's already looking at him, and Cloud is looking away; he looks mildly startled. And then he

feels sort of embarrassed, so he quickly also turns his head away too. Idiots.] Yeah...? [HE DOESN'T KNOW WHAT HE'S AGREEING TO, he just wants it to seem like he had been paying attention!]

lup just. laughs! she just giggles, genuinely amused, and grabs at them to tug them a little further into the room, right in the center. it's bright enough here for them to see each other better, and the fact that they're both so embarrassed makes the affection well up in her so bad she can't stop it.

so, she hums, and just goes for it, because why not, right. the week makes her bold.

she rests her hands on cloud's chest and steals a kiss. and then she moves to jason, and tugs him down, and steals a kiss from him too.

and then she takes a bit of a step back, and looks at them expectantly? yes. your turn.]
